Program on the RIGHTS OF NATURAL RESOURCES, approved in Session No. 166 of the Divisional Council of Social Sciences and Humanities of the Metropolitan Autonomous University
It integrates with researchers from the Autonomous Metropolitan University of the Department of Law
The program and its projects propose a critical analysis of legal institutions, using a multidisciplinary approach to natural resource law. It also aims to disseminate essays, articles, books, reviews, interviews, and lectures of scientific interest.
It has an Editorial Committee made up of legal specialists, recognized nationally and internationally.
Articles and books are subject to external peer review.
Regardless of the date of the ruling, if favorable, its publication on the website will be done according to the following schedule:
- E-book contributions approved before July 15 will be published immediately, and
- E-journal and e-book contributions approved before November 25 will be published on December 30.
The corresponding registration for the protection of copyright is the responsibility of each author and will be made known upon request.
Access to the content is determined by each author, according to two options. The first is free, in PDF format.
